  I have been regularly going to this resto for breakfast over the past couple years. I would often recommend friends and family to eat here; however, the last 8 months or so the quality of the food has degraded to a point where I felt I needed to share this 2 star rating. Bacon, undercooked, greasy, patatoes are greasy, not cut up like before.. maybe even frozen type. Newer saucages, not great, old style were delicious. Also, service is very slow.. eggs not cooked as requested... What happened here !?! Very dissapointed, lost a customer.

  This is the best breakfast restaurant that I have ever been to! The staff are really relaxed. If you're in a hurry you won't appreciate it but if you're just enjoying life and taking it easy you'll enjoy yourself.

  Ambiance is great.
  Service is impeccable, like your going to eat breakfast at your aunties, warm, welcoming, generous and detail oriented.
  
  But let's talk about the real star of the show, the food!
  
  It's above average priced, however, that being said, everything is fresh. No frozen stuff here. You will feel full but not greasy and heavy. Your palette will be delighted with an array of different, freshly prepared garnishes.
  
  They even offer baguette bread instead of your typical sliced bread! We tried the croton along with the baguette bread(which is warm, toasted and buttered), it worked beautifully.
  
  I will definitely be coming back here whenever I find myself in St-Sauveur and I highly recommend this establishment to others.
